These terms apply to your use of ShowAtlas at show-atlas.com ("the site"), operated by ShowAtlas ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What the site provides

The site shows which streaming services offer certain TV shows in certain countries. It is an information service only. We do not stream, sell or host any video content.

2. Accuracy of information

Availability data is collected from publicly available listings and is correct to the best of our knowledge on the date shown. Catalogs change often and without notice. We do not guarantee that any information is complete, current or accurate. Check with the streaming service before you make a purchase or subscribe.

3. Third-party services and links

The site links to streaming services and other websites that we do not control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability or conduct. Any subscription or purchase is a contract between you and that service.

Advertising

The site shows ads supplied by Google. Ads are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for advertisers' products, services or websites.

4. Trademarks and third-party content

Service names, logos and show posters belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the services and shows we describe. This does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners. See Credits for sources and licences.

5. Our content

The site's design, text and code are owned by us. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or redistribute the dataset, or substantial parts of it, without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the site in a way that breaks the law, harms the site or other users, or puts an unreasonable load on our servers, for example through automated bulk downloading.

7. Availability of the site

We provide the site free of charge and on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its information, including subscription fees paid to third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all your statutory rights.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where they live.
